This ultimate stress relief program is a heated full-body massage that includes a 3-minute warm up, 9 minutes of high-intensity massage, and a 3-minute cool down.
sports back therapy
Focusing on areas most often affected by athletic training and back, this heated back/calf/foot massage includes a 3-minute warm up, 9 minutes of high-intensity massage, and a 3-minute cool down.
leg foot hip therapy
This program is designed to concentrate on massaging your rear leg muscles, calves and feet and maintains its intensity from start to finish.
neck shoulder relief
A backrub taken to a new level – a heated upper-back massage that includes a 3-minute warm up, 9 minutes of high-intensity massage, and a 3-minute cool down.
after work stretch

HT-1650 Massage Techniques

Human Touch Technology™ starts with a patented mechanism that works like “wrists and arms”. We added “hands”- massage rollers that move three-dimensionally on a straight track.

rolling
Rolling technique applies constant pressure while rolling gently up and down your back near your spine. Warms and loosens your muscles, preparing your back for a deeper massage. Relieves muscle tension, improves circulation and relaxes the back. This technique is especially useful for relaxing the lower back.
kneading
Kneading relieves tension and soreness by lifting and stretching muscles. Improves deeper blood and lymph circulation and helps bring vital nutrients to the spinal area, also helps clear out the toxins from muscle and nerve tissue in the area. Kneads your back in a small, circular motion on both sides of your spine simultaneously.
compression
Spreads and applies pressure to deep muscle tissue, forcing it to relax, while the rocking motion loosens spinal joints. Aids in muscle and joint repair due to strain from exercise, long hours bent over a desk, or just day-to-day stress, and can improve mobility and overall posture. Compression induces blood flow to the areas and softens the tissues.
percussion
Alternate rapid-tapping strokes stimulate spinal muscles and spinal joint areas. Flexes spinal joints and relieves pressure on the spinal column, invigorating entire back and releasing tension and cramping from muscles in spasm. These movements stimulate circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, especially the soft tissue areas.
kneading + percussion
Kneading relieves tension and soreness by lifting and stretching muscles of your back in a small, circular motion on both sides of your spine simultaneously while alternate rapid-tapping strokes stimulate spinal muscles and spinal joint areas. These movements stimulate circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, especially the soft tissue areas.
seat
Soothes tired gluteus and hamstrings muscles, caused by uncomfortable chairs or sitting for long periods of time. A series of air bags located in the seat pad inflate and deflate to create a unique massage. This also enhances blood flow in the legs that has been slowed down by sitting for long periods of time and helps prevent blood clots in the legs.
heat
Heat calms and soothes back muscles, preparing them for a more restorative massage and faster healing. Two lumbar heat modules gently warm the lower back muscles, gradually reducing tightness and pain. Heat also increases blood flow to the area of effect, which stimulates body’s natural restorative abilities.

It’s critical to massage the calves in an upward, rolling or wave-like fashion. This motion forces blood away from the feet and toward the core of the body allowing fresh nutrient-rich blood to re-enter the calves and feet for greater healing and soothing comfort.
dual lumbar back heat
Two lumbar heat modules gently warm the lower back muscles, gradually reducing tightness and pain. In addition to calming and soothing back muscles, and preparing them for a more restorative massage, heat also encourages blood vessels to expand, rushing nutrient-rich blood to the sore or tense areas to promote healing.

body position navigator
Legs-up — Deploys the footrest from a retracted position and presents the foot and calf massager, ready for use. Use this button to raise the footrest to the desired height.
Legs-down — Lowers the footrest to a fully retracted position (foot and calf massager must be on top before retracting the footrest). Make sure the area behind/underneath the footrest is clear of any obstructions before retracting the footrest.
Recline — Reclines the backrest to a horizontal position.
Incline — Raises the backrest to a vertical position.

Circulate — Activates the calf vibration.
Massage — Press to toggle among two fixed speeds and two auto foot and calf massage programs.
Seat (Air Impulse Massage Seat) — Activates the unique seat massage, which uses two rows of rapidly inflating/deflating air bags and a layer of Visco foam to create a precision seat massage.
Arms — Activates the arm vibration.
cancel and restore
Restore — Press and hold this button until the backrest returns to the full upright position.
Stop/Park — Stops the massage and parks the massage rollers at the top of the backrest.
massage focus
Heat — Slowly heats up the lumbar region of the backrest to subtly soothe tired lower-back muscles.
Zone — Press to target your massage to a three-inch zone. Use the Position buttons to focus your massage on the desired area.
Position (up/down arrows) — Use these buttons along with one of the Manual Massage Modes to focus your massage on the desired area.
